Plant any vegetation of your choice in a public space or better yet the lawn or garden of an unsuspecting neighbor. For example, plant pumpkin seeds on every other lawn/garden in your neighborhood and in time there will be pumpkins everywhere. This may require some creative placement as people tend to mow their lawns. This also may require some follow up work (watering) untill the vegetation has settled.
