Obtain a US postal "damaged mail bag" by sending a damaged and/or inappropriate piece of mail to yourself, a friend, a neighbor, or a coworker. Submit a scan or photograph of the mail in the "damaged" bag to complete the task. What is damaged, anyway?

Shoot I didnt have to do anything to complete this task...my Maxim magazine came in with the cover slightly torn and wrinkled.

Definitions of damage... pre-damaged mail marked damaged... (also, does inappropriate mail garner a damaged bag?)
what if you mail a ripped envelope marked "Please note: not damaged." And/Or what if you mailed it to a stranger/friend with the Post Office's "gee, sorry about that, but do you even know how much mail there is?" note (only pic I could find is here). What happens when damaged mail is delivered to the wrong address? Actually, how many times could the same (unopened, natch) piece of mail be forwarded to the recipient's "new address"?
