If you have a job, create a fictional employee through forged documents, emails or whatever resources you have at your disposal. Forging an employee will have unique requirements for different working environments.
Attempt to create a situation in which your forged employee interacts with actual coworkers.
If you do not have a job, you may forge a friend, or family member.
