Get on the 6 o'clock news by faking a newsworthy event. In the past the news would fake an event if they were unable to find a real event for the evening news. Now it's our turn. Develop a fake event. Spread the word using only word of mouth or low tech viral marketing (such as home made posters in local stores or leaflets on windshields etc). No electronic or online marketing allowed. Get on the evening news.
