Work with other players to make broadcasts using the Pirate Radio you created in Pirate Radio: Phase 1. Establish a regular broadcasting schedule and location. Publicize your schedule.
Your broadcasts should express a non-personal narrative of conspiracy and intrigue over time. Work hard to promote the reality of the intrigues/conspiracies through a strategic display of supporting evidence and clues near your station and/or on a website.
Equivalenz gains control of the area covered by your broadcasts for the duration of the broadcasts.
