There are people and organizations whose interests include ghost hunting, and in some of their expeditions, they help ghosts they meet to let go of what it is that's keeping them from moving on. Whether or not you believe in ghosts, to complete this task you must find a restless spirit and help them get on with their afterlife. Be respectful in doing so. You may want to look up locals who already do this sort of thing for field advice.
