FWIW, I added the "please understand..." section, and ", Mayor" to the title. It's up to The Villain, but from my time in Chicago I think doing it yourself is OK as long as it looks classy, and conveys a sense of absolute power.

Vixen: Ideally, you should attempt to get your name cast in bronze and set into the wet cement of a newly constructed bridge, along with ceremony and tape-cutting. But, if this is not plausible given your social caste, consider plywood and a nail gun. Or maybe super glue and paper maché.
