Step 1: Find someone distributing literature on the sidewalk. They can be Scientologists, political campaigners, a muffler shop having a sale, whatever.

Step 2: Collect as many of their leaflets/brochures/religious tracts as you can.

Step 3: Alter the leaflets to serve your own devious purposes.

Step 4: Hand the out to passersby on the sidewalk, preferably within sight of the people that you got them from.
