Tasks / Terms Of Drive Seizure For Product Distribution 2.1
Smith Fane CØ (hereafter referred to as SFCØ), reserves the right to seize the drive of any player (hereafter referred to as the disputant) on the website sf0.org. Once seized SFCØ must first announce the new product line by creating a new account (hereafter referred to as the product) on the website sf0.org who is a member of the team "San Francisco ZERO Product Line". New account creation may be substituted for updating an existing product to match the style of the disputant.
The product must then show market utility creating three "preview praxis" using the drive of the original player. This must be done at a maximum of one "preview praxis" a week over the span of (at least) three weeks. At the end of three weeks and a one week holding period the product is allowed to move into permanent production, earning the right to task, vote, and elect company approved representatives.
The disputant may challenge a product line by accruing a number of points from new praxis and votes on new praxis equaling or exceeding the number of points a product in the disputants image has earned from "preview praxis" at that time. If a disputant successfully challenges a product, the product is struck from company records and the drive of the disputant is released.
Smith-Fane CØ reserves the right to negotiate on behalf of shadow governments, secret societies, armies, guerrilla factions, or other corporations only with players who have achieved a "suitable level".
Terms expressed in the following "TL;DR do not in any way invalidate the previous terms.
"TL;DR" If you don't like a product made in your image you may initiate a duel in order to get it shut down.
Smith-Fane CØ reserves the right to change these terms at anytime by releasing a new, updated Level zerØ task.
