Tasks / Terms Of Drive Seizure For Product Distribution 1.1
Smith Fane CØ, hereafter referred to as SFCØ, reserves the right to seize the drive of any player on the website sf0.org. Once seized SFCØ must first announce the new product line by creating a new account on the website sf0.org who is a member of the team "San Francisco ZERO Product Line". The new product (the account) must then show market utility creating 3 "praxis" using the drive of the original player. This must be done at a maximum of one "praxis" a week over the span of 3 weeks. At the end of 3 weeks a one week holding period the product is allowed to move into permanent production, earning the right to task, vote, and elect company approved representatives.
The original player, hereafter referred to as the disputant, may challenge a product line by tasking before the end of the holding period or at any time after the first "praxis" is posted. Once they have tasked a 10 day judgement period will be allowed, at the end of which the points garnered by any praxis submitted so far are weighted against any points earned from the disputant's challenging task. Whichever player has earned more points over the course of this "duel" is declared the victor. If a product wins they immediately move into production. If a disputant wins the product is struck from the line permanently.
"TL;DR" If you don't like a product made in your image you may initiate a duel in order to get it shut down.
Smith-Fane CØ reserves the right to change these terms at anytime by releasing new, updated Level zerØ tasks. Good luck, suckers.
