Tasks / The Ostomate's Challenge

1. Fill a zipper bag one-third full of your own waste.

2. Make sure there is some air in the bag before you zip it shut.

3. Attach a clothespin to the bottom of the bag.

4. Glue a plastic container lid to the bag.

5. Tape all of this to your abdomen.

6. Now go about your day as if nothing is out of the ordinary.
