Tasks / You're Qualified

Operating your own bureaucracy in secret, accredit a fellow player in the performance of a notable skill, craft or duty. As with all worthwhile qualifications, this should involve:
1. The initial claim to such an ability.
2. At least one practical test of this ability; written exams are also encouraged.
3. Waiting in at least one line.
Reveal yourself only when you present your fellow with a certificate, identification card, or other Official Sign of Accreditation. Unless, of course, your subject failed an exam, in which case you should present them with a letter, identification card, or other Official Sign of Unsuitability.

Is that a new thing? The former text written as a comment below? If so, I sincerely stick my thumb up at ye, Mr. Mahan. Good idea indeed.
Yep, this task is much better than my original.
As with all things semi-official, the new thing of posting the original text of an edited task will be applied inconsistently and according to continually fluctuating secret criteria.
I like how, because I'm UofA, it says, "You're Qualified!!!.... You're not qualified...."

That is the most vague thing I have ever heard. And I'm British!

Obtain a legally recognized qualification.
