Strategic Oil Reserves by teucer

After looking over the description, I realized that acquiring a large reserve is neither necessary nor sufficient. So I obtained a little bit of peppermint oil (in the form of a box of altoids) and a little bit of Act II Popping and Topping Oil, which I stored on some popcorn.
The task requires you to use it to gain leverage in SF0, which I have done. I spent my reserves on bribing Agent Fourteen into voting for all of my previously-completed tasks; these votes combined with my completion of Strategic Oil Reserve are enough to level me up - and what could be more stratgic than that?

It's not very epic, but I think this is actually the best completion of this task so far. Does what it says on the tin.
I voted for this one too, as I am eating the popcorn right now!
