You are too polite and too hard on yourself! Behind the scenes, your reaching out to people and having friendly encounters has caused at least THREE conversations about how awesome you are, outside of your presence. I have a theory that involves a) people being busy being grownups and having jobs and such, and b) getting used to you being up-to-your-eyeballs busy with Art! and forgetting to keep bothering you. Don't let the autumn times get you down! You need to save some of that depression for winter times!
