Rubin Starset, world traveler and that guy who hates it, has stolen a sample of Ian Kizu-Blair's hair, he plans to clone and sell the poor boy off to future SF0 collectors after the site finally goes offline because all the engineers have died of alcohol poisoning. BARTPA and Snide have gathered some intelligence and figured Rubin will be selling the prized strands to high bidders in the following cities...
* Berlin, Germany - 20101225 - Chaos Communication Congress
* Vienna, Austria - 20101231 - Journey to the End of the Year
* Copenhagen, Denmark - 20110107 - illutron
* London, United Kingdom - 20110113 - Lolwtffishandchips
* Reykjavik, Iceland - 20110118 - Pee in some hot springs
* New York City, United States - 20110121 - Big place
* Chicago, United States - 20110201 - Dino Bicycle
* Minneapolis, United States - 20110206 - Holy crap more snow
* San Francisco, United States - 20110212 - Home
The Humanitarian Crisis and EquivalenZ have secretly planted a tracking device on my his body. In addition they've installed a mind reading chip tapped into his brain. Chrononautic Exxon is also mapping out his past days through photographic satellite. One could also just look at his site.
The objective of this task is to find Rubin wherever he is before the end of his trip. If you're able to sneak up on him undetected, then he'll be ousted and give up a few small strands of hair. If you are spotted before you've been able to lay a hand on him, you may get chased after by a unicorn. Remember to grab photographic, video or audio proof.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it: retrieve the stolen locks of Ian Kizu-Blair's precious hair from the dastardly Rubin Starset before he can create a clone. Mr. Starset is known to be traveling across the European and North American continents this winter. Time is running short. By any means, he must be stopped!

Laaaaazy, if he's selling them, why not just buy Ian's hairs?
