Description:
I almost feel bad creating an event just to promote a (very, very silly) facebook page, but this is for my 14 year old stepson, so I figured, “what the heck –what’s the worst that could happen?”
My stepson, Nathan has a simple dream - to see his dad dressed as a panda for Halloween. His dad told him there's no way he would do something so embarrassing unless Nathan did something truly impressive to persuade him.
Thus was born the Facebook page: Nate's silly page Alas, we are at 34 out of 10,000. It's not looking good for Nathan. And let's face it, we just aren’t that popular.
Now, I know, this is not the most important or socially relevant page the world has ever seen, which is why his mother and I have decided to donate to a local group called Amanda the Panda on behalf of Nathan if he succeeds in his goal of receiving 10,000 likes.
So, help your old pal Cthuhlu Kitty out and take a quick moment to click on the like link at the top of the facebook page. Feel good about promoting silliness. Teach a 14 year old boy that dreams can come true. Potentially help an awesome group that does great things for children experiencing grief. Or just click cuz you're not really doing anything else at the moment, anyway.

I see what you mean about the bad karma, which is why we are donating to Amanda the Panda. That way this becomes a solicitation for something meaningful and altruistic, not just silly fun because my wife's ex-husband would look awesome as a panda.
I liked the page Miss Cthilhu Kitty
Now will you start tasking with us again???? Please?
well....I guess I owe you one, ms. Pixie - requests?
Any task! Every task! "Table for two tack" is fun, but "leave clues" leaves more room for interesting results
Hmm. I think that soliciting likes is bad karma (even for a fourteen year old). How about doing something impressive for your dad first, and then get people to like that?
The worst thing that could happen is that it's only impressive to one person (the dad). The best thing is you could become the next big internet meme *and* impress your dad.
