Holiday Havoc 2007- Roller Derby Bout
WHAT:
The cheer and goodwill of the season was short-lived, with the recipe for disaster forming early morning on Black Friday when a group of Back Bay Bombshells became frustrated at the blatant lack of parking at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza. After nearly two hours, desperate to obtain their fair share of bargain sales and starving from Starbucks deprivation, the Bombshells were forced to settle for the sub-par shopping found at Bella Terra in Huntington Beach. Unaware that they were in the territory of the Huntington Heartbreakers, the Bombshells began to scour the stores of Bella Terra, aghast at the selection of storescries of, "Why is there no Prada?" and, "I can't find any Jimmy Choos anywhere!" rang through the festively-decorated center.
Discouraged, the Bombshells decided to console themselves in the shopping hell with peppermint lattes and cranberry scones. They setoff for the Starbucks, glum and thirsty, only to find that the line was miles out the door. Haughtily they made their way to the front of the line, only to find the source of the holdup: a cluster of Huntington Heartbreakers, flirting with the barista and playing coy mind games with anyone enough to listen to their siren song.
Words were exchanged between the groups, and it was decided that the issue would be settled on the track. What is sure to be HOLIDAY HAVOC ensues on December 8, as the Back Bay Bombshells face off against the Huntington Heartbreakerswill the Bombshells drop the bomb on the Heartbreakers, or will the Bombshells have their heartbroken..?
WHERE:
The match will be held at Chapman Sports Complex in Garden Grove. This is on the corner of Chapman and Knott.
WHEN:
Doors will open at 4:30 pm, and the bout begins at 5:00. Spectators of all ages are permitted, but there are some safety-related seating restrictions for young fans.
TICKETS:
Tickets will cost $14 for general admission for all rink side seating! and donate a gently used purse and get in for $12.
AFTER PARTY:
This bout is nonalcoholic beverages so we will have 20 minute intermissions and you know after the bout we will be ready to head with our closest 700 fans to spread some holiday cheer--- details will be in the program.

Don't you live in San Francisco? That would be really rough for me to come pick you up and then drop you off.
But if you're coming down here, I would happily go see some chicks on roller skates beat the crap out of each other with you.
Yeah, actually- that's a good point. I finally looked at the map- this is no BADGrrls event, this is the LA Derby Dolls.
Seriously....who has a damn car on this game??? Let's go watch this shit! It's gonna be awesome!
