Spend a day with your random outcome generator (ROG) of choice*. When people ask you to make decisions, make a show of using your ROG, then announce your decision proudly, apprehensively, excitedly, fearfully, etc.

Don't actually allow the ROG to make any of the decisions. This is about appearances.

Be sure to make a couple of unexpected decisions, so it seems (to those who know you) like the ROG is actually influencing your decision. This is a fun excuse to do things you might not normally do, and you always have the excuse that the "dice made me do it."
