If you are right handed, perform actions with your left hand that you would normally perform with your right (ie. brushing teeth, chopping vegetables, signing your name, shaking hands at a business meeting). Aim for mastery.

ALTERNATIVELY

If you are left handed, alter a series of hand-held items to make them more ergonomically left-ish (ie. scissors, notebooks w/spines, musical instruments, puppet controls). Aim to exclude right-handed manipulation of these objects.
