Do I fulfill the letter of this task if I went to the corner with no intention of doing this task?
I went to a street corner and waited. And something amazing happened. But I didn't go to the corner specifically to wait for something amazing to happen. I mean, technically in my life I'm always waiting for something amazing to happen perpetually, but does my constant anticipation of the amazing qualify here?
Oh, yay! When I read McGonigal's blog about this task, I REALLY REALLY wanted to do it! So, I thank whoever is responsible for giving it back to us for giving it back to us. Um, thanks!

If life was a candy bar its slogan would be: "Life- it's fucking crazy." I don't know why this didn't make it onto the cereal box. I had just finished work. And was left with 4 hours. I started heading to the corner of 16th and Mission, where I in...

Happy Taskgiving extravaganza! I decided to combine this task with No Jaywalking on Thanksgiving. I started out waiting on my chosen corner. After either something fantastic happened or half an hour had passed, I followed the walk signal as indica...

Wow, I really wasn't expecting to see anything for this task and it'd be a task completion for "The Failure". But luck was on my side today! Anyway, I stood on my street corner, since I'm familiar with the surroundings. There's a buildi...

At approximately 6pm this Saturday just gone I started waiting with a large amount of other people at this street corner: We stood there, nothing to do except watch the progressively odder crowd of people walk to the left of us to join the back of...

Last day of my New York junket and I knew I wanted to do this task before heading back to SF. It's taken me this long to acclimate myself to the point where the subway has become an extension of my feet and I can drift freely in the pedestrian curre...

I was seriously starting to go through new task withdrawal.
