Get diagnosed (in person! not over the phone) with a disease, virus, infection, or condition you don't have. You probably shouldn't try this with a PCP who knows you well.

Bonus points if you're able to reasonably fake some sort of symptom (like oozing or a "chesty" cough).

Extra bonus points if you are prescribed a controlled substance.

Extra super bonus points if you're able to (by group tasking) get the CDC to declare an epidemic of a particular disease.
