Any other thoughts on this? How would you avoid the inevitable "I should really flag this but then again how could I?" situation? High score requirement, low score before votes?

Token "this is awesome! and people should know about it" comment.

Maybe this should just be level 0erd HARD CORE. But I like this idea, because sometimes the most awesome things come from not following instructions.
