Totally worth it! - I still keep doing that.
Went to the asian warehouse complex my roommate told me about (quite an interesting place) and found the following fruits I hadn't seen before:
Spondias dulcis, ambarella
Momordica charantia, bitter melon
and Pachyrhizus erosus, Jícama?. The people at the store couldn't identify it for me, but it looks like Jícama.
They were all very tasty and will also try to put them into some dishes. :)
