Description:

On August 16th, I suggest that you grab a jump rope, and head out towards your nearest coffee shop at 4:00 pm.

I choose a coffee shop because it is something that everyone probably has in their area.

If you have a phone with an alarm clock, set it for five minutes and just KEEP JUMPING ROPE until it goes off.

Going inside the shop or staying out is up to you.
